About Dr Khalilah Weston
Neurologist and Interventional Pain Medicine Specialist

​Dr Weston is board certified in both Neurology and Interventional Pain Management. Dr Weston holds an MD from Howard University Medical Center and completed her training in Neurology from the University of Chicago Medical Center where she served as Chief Resident. She then continued on to sub-specialty training in Pain Management at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (Department of Anesthesiology) where she was able to add to the breadth of therapeutic treatments of pain that she might offer. Following completion of her residency program, she joined the department of Neurology at NorthShore University Health System in Evanston Illinois (A University of Chicago Affiliated Hospital) where she was employed as a Pain Neurologist specializing in the treatment of headache pain, mechanical and neurologic pain. During this time, she also served as associate professor of medicine at the University of Chicago Hospitals responsible for the training of its Neurology residents. After moving to Florida, Dr Weston has assisted many amateur, collegiate, professional and retired athletes with the diagnosis and treatment of their pain, evaluation and treatment of oncussion and providing guidelines for athletes competing with neurologic diseases to assist the athlete themselves, parents, schools and athletic programs with the safest and most effective ways fro these athletes to continue to compete at their best. Dr. Weston’s philosophy on treating patients hinges on the importance of evaluating the patient as a whole, and tailoring specific treatment modalities to each person’s health concerns in order to assist them in achieving pain relief and balance in their lives.
